Inspired by some of our favourite breakfast foods and sweets, Kaya is a West Coast inspired IPA made with the addition of pandan leaf and fresh coconut. The breakfast staple pandan kaya finds home on many kitchen tables throughout the Nonya region. This coconut egg jam is widely eaten as a spread over toasted bread, soft buns and as a cake filling or topping.

Pandan kaya is made primarily with coconut milk and eggs, giving it a smooth texture and rich taste. Pandan juice and sugar is added to give it a subtle and addicting sweetness.

鲜啤吧的酿酒大师们在酿造南洋班兰加央IPA的过程中,加入了啤酒爱好者们颇为喜爱的维也纳麦芽和玛丽斯奥特麦芽,赋予酒体微醺的烘烤香气。夏洛啤酒花、西楚啤酒花和春秋啤酒花的加入,也提供了一系列的柑橘、热带水果的口味。
南洋班兰加央IPA的酒精度为7.3%,品尝这款啤酒的同时,不仅可以品味到果香,还能品尝到淡淡的班兰叶香和椰子香,而这两个口味也将首先激发味蕾,让精酿酒粉儿充分感受“南洋”的唇齿留香。
To create the foundation, the Beersmith brewers used Maris Otter, a malt variety known for its deep rich character, and Vienna malt to impart a lightly toasted note. Sabro, Citra and Eukanot hops provide an array of citrus, tropical and exotic fruit characters with tangerine and coconut notes coming to the forefront. Pouring a light copper colour, Kaya IPA clocks in at 7.3% ABV.
